This policy explains what personal information AdiAnsh Media collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.

What we collect, and when
When you submit the enquiry form
We collect the name, email address, phone number, company name, service interest, budget range and message you choose to give us. We also automatically record your IP address and which page you submitted the form from.
Name, email, phone and message are required because we cannot respond to an enquiry without them. Everything else is optional.
When you simply browse
Our host records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages visited. We may also use website analytics to understand which pages are useful. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
What we do not collect
This website has no user accounts, no comments and no shopping cart. We do not collect payment card details on this site — if you become a client, payments are handled by Razorpay and your card details never reach us. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, to keep a record of our commercial conversation, and to understand which parts of our website are working. That is the entire list. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your information goes
Enquiries are stored in this website’s database, hosted with Hostinger, and emailed to care@adianshmedia.co.in. If you book a call we use Calendly, and if you message us we use WhatsApp — both are independent services with their own privacy policies, and anything you share there is also held by them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as there is an active conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If an enquiry goes nowhere, we delete it when it is no longer useful.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email care@adianshmedia.co.in and we will action it and confirm back to you. You do not need to give a reason.
Security
This site runs over HTTPS and enquiry data is held on access-controlled hosting. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial details or identity documents through the enquiry form.
Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
