These terms govern the use of this website and the services provided by AdiAnsh Media, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By engaging us, you agree to them.
Scope of work
Every engagement is defined in a written proposal or scope document agreed before work begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately and needs your approval before we start. We will not do unrequested work and then invoice you for it.
Fees and payment
Project work is quoted at a fixed price with milestones set out in the proposal. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Third-party costs — advertising spend, software subscriptions, stock imagery, domain and hosting fees — are separate from our fees and are either billed to you directly or passed through at cost.
Advertising budget
Where we manage paid campaigns, the advertising spend is yours and is paid directly to the platform. Our management fee is separate. We do not take undisclosed commission from ad platforms.
Cancellation
Retainers can be cancelled by either side with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable. Project work cancelled mid-delivery is billed for the stage completed at that point.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final delivered assets passes to you, and we hand over source files. Until payment is complete, we retain ownership.
We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and case studies. If you would prefer we did not, tell us in writing and we will not.
Third-party assets such as stock imagery, fonts, plugins and themes remain subject to their own licences, which we will identify where relevant.
What we need from you
Timelines assume content, access, approvals and feedback arrive when agreed. Delays on your side move the delivery date by a corresponding amount. We will always tell you when this is happening rather than let a deadline quietly slip.
Results
We commit to delivering the work described in the scope, executed to a professional standard, and to reporting honestly on how it performed. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, your product and pricing, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes — so we do not guarantee specific results, rankings or revenue figures. Any figures discussed are illustrative, based on past work, and are not a promise.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will not share it outside our team without your consent. We expect the same in return regarding our proposals, strategies and pricing.
Liability
Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
